Shipping policy

• At Cadini Italy Online Store, we try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We ship the order within 24 hours from the order placement date or otherwise as mentioned for the product. Should there be some delay in shipping due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified on the same.
  
• Shipping is currently available only within India and is FREE for all orders above MRP 700.
• Shipping charges below the order value of MRP 699 will be INR 49 flat. 
  
• Once the packet is shipped, it will take around 4 to 5 working days to reach you.
  

MODE OF PAYMENT

Currently, Cadini Italy Online Store offers online payment modes through credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking and does not offer a try-and-buy at the time of delivery or cash on delivery (COD) on Perfumes. Please note that the courier partner cannot process an exchange or accept returns on perfumes.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

On placing your order after making the online payment, you will receive a confirmation on your contact details submitted during login.

Similarly, tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
